Veronica: Aug 10

Same as most Mondays...
--running - 30 mins outdoors @ slow pace
--rock climbing - 4 or 5 courses, 5.7-5.8
--stretching - yoga class

    Metrorock is better for learning, because they have long courses and use "top ropes" so there is no chance of falling.

    I think you would both be good climbers because of grip strength and upper body strength :o)
