Practice for 2 hours (sprinting, agility, etc) before lifting.
This is the start of the 1-week of my first cycle.
Bench
45x10, 95x5, 135x5, 150x5, 175x3, 195x5
Felt good to get 5 after I was already pretty tired from practice. On to squats!
Dumbell Rows 5x10 @55
That was all I had time for.
