1rm for deadlift: 455 lbs
I reset my deadlift work sets in an effort to straighten out my back. 275 lbs was the first weight where I needed to switch to a mixed grip. Having never trained it seriously, I'm not exactly sure what to do with it when my work sets stall.
This is also the time of the year where I start fantasizing about how much I'll weigh by the start of second semester... Of course, I'll lose all of it during baseball season if I don't come up with a good system. I'll have 20 minutes 3 times/ week to lift. How can I make this work?
