I played with my form today, testing a grip and stance width and arm positioning on the ascent. I'm faster with a narrow grip (so my chest stays up and my shelf is a little higher), narrow stance, and when pushing up with my arms on the ascent (which helps me keep my chest up, again). I also stall right when my hamstrings kick in, almost regardless of the weight used.
Deficit Deadlift: 5x135, 5x225, 5x315, 2x405, 2x405, 2x405, 2x405
GHR: 8, 10, 10
For my pathetically weak hamstrings.
Ab Rollout: 2x5
I wore knee sleeves for the first time today because my knees hurt. They helped a bit.
EDIT: Also did 3x10 on the yes/no machine. Yes was easier than no, probably because I could use my glutes. The no part actually kind of hurt, which implies that my adductors are weak.
