Over the course of last week (11/10 through today), I accumulated:

Snatch- played around with yellow plates.
Barbell rows: 3 sets of 5 x 155
Deadlift fun
3 sets of 5 x 255
2 x 315
1 x 365
1x 410, Back was hardly curved, but my grip almost gave out on my left hand.
Back extension 3 sets of 10 x 25 (behind head)
Bench 3 sets of 5 x 195, will try to use better form next time.
and
DB bench: 3 sets of 7 x 70
Sleep: 6 sets of 4 hours or less :-p
In September, I weighed 168. At this instant (not empty stomach), I'm 185.
