These were awful. I'm at that stage of Sheiko where everything is so fatigued and tight that I can't get into a proper pulling position.

I tried to do these with weight, but my left shoulder and right hip were bothering me too much. I think I might have injured something in my shoulder while doing dips (stupidly enough), but I think with enough mobility work, I should be fine. My hip is a little more troubling.
