Sheiko starts Wednesday. I'm planning on making some minor modifications, like halting deadlifts will be replaced with deficit deadlifts (because I think halting deadlifts screw up my form) and rack pulls will be replaced with reverse band pulls (for the same reason). I may also fiddle with some of the assistance work.

ReplyDeleteNice; make sure you eat a lot and get lots of sleep every night. 37 => 40 has some serious fatigue buildup.
