Frank (4/16): Bench

Trying Sheng's thing. Used 300 as my max because it was a nice round number, but that might have been a little too high...

Bench Press
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 3x185
7x5 @ 210
4 @ 210
I didn't actually fail this, per se. I was just pretty sure that I wouldn't get #5 and decided to bail. Maybe I am a pussy.
3x5 @ 205
These got really hard, really fast.

Pullups: 4x8 @ 45
Dips: 4x8 @ 70
Dumbbell Preacher Curls: 2x8 @ 45
Dumbbell Fly: 15 @ 25, 2x10 @ 35
