Ugh. These were a lot harder than expected.

Back Squat
5x45, 5x135, 5x185, 5x225, 3x275
8x325 @ 9

I was feeling pretty bad by the end of these and felt an exertion headache coming on, so I decided to skip the last set. I maybe shouldn't have bumped it up by 10lbs.

Glute Thrusts: 3x8 @ 275
Same thing.
Decline Situps: 3x20
Good Morning: 2x15 @ 115
