Still sick. Bailed on the last squat sets. I didn't have enough energy to even attempt 295. Weight = 165 :(
I wasn't going to come to the gym today but decided to press through it and stay on track as best I could. Felt good to hit my bench sets. Days like this happen, life goes on.
