Q 3/24/11

Squat:
warmups
265 x5
265 x1 bar sliding off my back
260 x1 hips not warmed up enough
Not enough time to do more sets if I want to do bench too.

Bench:
warmups
170 x2
155 x4
135 x8
Not good. Probably going to reset it back to 155 or 160 next time.
