Last rep felt good-morninged but actually looked pretty good according to video footage. Heh.

Speedy. Not much to say here, because I can't think of more squat assistance than, well, squatting...

Bench Press (paused):
45x5; 80x5; 100x5; 120x3
135x5; 150x4
170x3x3
My wraps smell like glue. Used a one-two count.

Chinups: 4x8 @ BW
Dips: 4x12 @ BW
