I'm in California for spring break visiting Jon, so we got to lift together again! Unfortunately I was jetlagged, belt-less, and wearing running shoes; tired from riding bicycles all day and went for a 4 mile sunset run right before the gym; oh and slightly sick, sooo... it wasn't as much fun as it could have been. {/excuses}. Was great to put some hours in at the gym together. Good times were had.

This bench was a little thinner so I had a hard time setting up correctly. I was all over the place. I failed the 3rd rep on the 3rd set. This was the first time I've failed a Sheiko set in many many months. I really tried to set up correctly on the last set and nailed it, so that was nice. I hope I don't have this much trouble switching equipment when it comes time for competitions.
Ran out of time before I could do the second round of squats.
