Trying out Russian Squat Program (supposedly it can also be applied to military press, so I'm trying it for that as well)

Felt pretty easy
Military Press-

Work set-
165- 6x2
First set was slightly difficult, subsequent sets became easier.
I'm going to give this program a shot and see where it takes me. Also, I'm beginning to feel my strength increasing.
