Frank (7/10): ME Stretching

I originally was supposed to do RTS Volume Squatting, but my right elbow started acting up in a major way after my first few warm-up sets. I'll redo the session tomorrow after I ice it this evening and take some ibuprofen.

Back Squat
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 5x185, 5x225

Ab Rollout: 3x3
Ab Pulldown: 3x15 @ 190

Lots of stretching.

I think that part of the reason I have elbow pain is because my shoulders aren't flexible enough, and that puts a lot of stress on my elbows during squats. I'm guessing this because (1) I can no longer do overhead squats and (2) when I do shoulder dislocates, the bar is basically touching my head. That is bad. I'm going to start doing a lot more upper body stretching and mobility work from now on.
