Squat (unbelted):

My knee hurt the day before (as in, didn't regain ability to full squat without pain until today). This was probably a very dumb thing to do. Regardless, any pain I felt went away as the weights went higher and I focused more on form.
Bench Press:
Warmup: 45x5; 55x5; 75x4; 100x3; 120x2; 140x1; 160x1

I thought I could do it, but I couldn't. Oh well.
