Frank: While Away

I haven't managed to meet up with the UCLA people yet, mainly because I'm still a peril on the road while driving, so I've just been using my weight set at home. Luckily, I've been able to clear the area around the power rack enough so that I can actually do squats.

Bench Press: 3x5 @ 235
Barbell Row: 3x5 @ 235
Military Press: 3x5 @ 160
Pullup: 3x10

6/22
Back Squat: 2x10 @ 300
I stopped early because I had eaten something disagreeable during lunch and felt like hurling, but the sets weren't too bad. I was originally going to do a third set, then some high-rep deadlifts.

Barbell Row: 3x5 @ 240
Military Press: 3x5 @ 165
Pullup: 3x10

  2. Thanks Aaron. When/where are you lifting? I think schedules are starting to shift around because of the shortened summer schedule, but that's actually a good thing for you since that means that there will almost always be someone there.
