Brian - 6/25 Sheiko week 1 day 3

Done 1 week of Sheiko + running. I played 2 games of ultimate this Saturday and felt like I was in the best shape ever. I know there isn't a huge difference to be made after only 1 week and it was probably just a really good day mentally, but I really feel like this is helping my overall fitness as well as my strength. It's nice to be back on a routine. I'm finding that it's amazing how much of a difference it makes for me to be on an actual program. When I was lifting randomly and at random times, I never felt like I was making any progress. After only 1 week I already feel like I'm getting my "edge" back and my technique is starting to click again.
