Sprained my lower back DLing on tuesday. First rep of a warmup set at 405 it just got tweaked and tightened up like hell. Did some stabilizer work and lots of stretching (both varieties) and tested it out yesterday with my upper 2 workout.
Results excellent, back no worse for wear, actually feels pretty good.
