I'm surprised that they let you deadlift and squat. It is well know that deadlifts hurt your lower back, and that squats are bad for your knees. Or is it the other way around? I have to find one of these fucking trainers and ask.
ReplyDeleteYeah, they were actually hesitant about letting me do DL and SQ as well... it was kinda pathetic watching the trainer demonstrate how to do cleans to this guy that was around.
