4 months off = 0lb PR4

Deadlift: 400lb x1



afterwards my friend left:

Deadlift 420lb x1

I came in wanting to do 4 plates. After 365lbs came off easy, I knew it was happening. Straps are used because I did grip work before and after. I have to close the COCs and bend some nails.

Oh and a couple days ago was a dip PR of 45lbs x3

  1. Nice PR. 400 was easy, and from this camera angle (which is not good for deadlifts), form looks ok. I hope that you are now injury-free and training seriously again.

  2. Thanks guys. I'm not totally injury free...but I am when I lift, so I guess that makes it okay. My injuries only hurt when I make them (move them in awkward/extreme angles...). I really miss moving iron...

  3. 400 was very smooth. Nicely done! Too bad you didn't get to tape the 420. Once you start seriously training again, I see 500 in no time. Stay injury free!
