Shanker: Pointless

One of the more retarded workouts I've ever done.

Walked to the gym from work...
in order to walk on a treadmill for an hour.
Stretched.
Walked home.

Is this what rock bottom feels like?

  1. Why pointless? The goal of deload week is mainly recovery. If doing some light cardio and stretching helps recovery, then this is not pointless.
