Have joined the ranks of Frank, Nate and everyone in my office by coming down with the seasonal cold. Slept for about 16 hours on Sunday, which, now that I think about it, actually isn't out of the ordinary...
So yes, as Danny astutely observed, my deload week started about half way through my squat workout on Thursday.
