Shanker: GVT Cycle 5 Arms Workout 2 08/18

Warmup:
Jog 0.6 miles This just felt shitty from the get-go. Desperately need a deload week.
Seated Dumbbell Cleans 12x12
CG BP 95x10; 135x8

Working Sets:

CG BP 155x6x5; 155x5 Failed here on set 6, forearm was bugging me too, so called it quits. What's the point of overstressing tri's?
Seated Zottman Curls 35x9x10

Lie down on floor mat and pass out 25 min's

  1. Shanker, a deload week sounds too extreme. Maybe just take a few days off and see if your energy is back.

    Also, what is the next training cycle? what is the goal? and all my usual stupid questions. I suggest to prepare a document and get the opinion of selected people.
