375x7 - Got a bit more help from spotter, so I did more reps.

Leg press-

Wide grip barbell curls-

More biceps work-

  2. Thanks Frank. By spotter I mean I had Yuan give me a bit of assistance, which is why I don't count the 455 squat as a PR.
