Frank (4/9): Lockout, Volume 1

I moved the safeties down one more notch, but I actually forgot how much I had done before, so I picked the wrong weight to start. Oops.

Bench Press
8x225 @ 10
5x225 @ Gordon!!!
6x225 @ 10
5x225 @ F
Gordon took the bar after the fifth rep on the second set even though I was going for 8. They were getting pretty hard by the end anyway, though.

I bench the bar unevenly in that my right elbow is less tucked than my left. I also think that my foot placement is a little off. I need to focus on that in the future.
