Stiff leg deads w rounded back - 275x5, 295x5x2
Leg press - 6.5 plates x6x3
Face pulls - 100x8x3

I know you can't go too heavy, but would it be possible to stick to higher rep stuff (8-12)?
ReplyDeleteOk, so what I would like to be doing is some sort of PL-ish-sorta exercise for 5's at the start, and then switching to higher rep stuff for 2-3 assistance lifts, and then doing some other light crap to round it out. The problem is that I've had so little time the past few workouts that I have stuck with a few 'bigger' movements for 5's or 6's.
ReplyDeleteAlso, sometimes I am going for 8's but I jump the weight up just a little too much and it ends up as 6's and 7's.
Example: (I just remembered) I did lunges for 10x3 on Friday.
