Frank (7/8): RTS Volume 1, Bench

It's good to be back.

Bench Press

5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 3x185, 3x225

I had some weird drift-back on the first set, but the rest were fine.

Cable Row

Military Press
5x45, 5x95, 3x135
3x175 @ 10

I tried 175, but that felt super heavy for some reason (probably a combination of benching and rowing), so I scaled it back a little. This was probably the result of exercise selection and where military presses fell in the workout. I'll work up from here once I get used to this sort of volume again.

Dips
4x8

I still haven't decided what to do for assistance, so I'll just play with it for now. For bench assistance, I'm probably going to rotate between bench variations as Nate suggested, with the exception of dips. I want to avoid board or floor presses, though, since they murder my elbows, so that leaves me with close-grip presses and (reverse) band presses once I get bands, which I've been procrastinating on.
