Ok, I'm bored and I have nothing to log today. So I'm sharing a piece of deliciousness I picked up from Thais (remember her???) and modified for my own purposes.
4 whole eggs
8 egg whites
2 scoops chocolate whey
1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
2 large bananas
Lots of cinnamon
Blend ingredients, pour on skillet, then sprinkle two handfulls of carob chips on top.
Makes 2 big pancakes. Serve with honey.
Caloric Content:
1300 calories
20 g fat
100 g protein
140 g carbs
Usually I make them as soon as I come home after lifting.

I seem to remember you sharing this in person some time or another. This sounds tasty (though I stopped buying chocolate whey due to general nastiness in water). So I guess I'll be going to you if I ever need to skyrocket my BW, heh.
