I had a bad couple of weeks since my racecar building deadline was coming up.

High Bar Squat: 245lbs x2 sets x5 reps
Low Bar 140lbs x10reps

Deadlift: 300ish lbs x2 sets x 6 reps

OP: 45lbs x3 sets x15 reps

Chins: top set of 25lbs x5 reps

Dips top set of 15lbs x7 or 8 reps

Weight was 197 after a meal, I'm glad they let me go in jeans, I had no change of clothes.

So my routine will be Day 1: lifting, Day 2: cardio (MMA stuff), Day 3: rest, repeat. If I skip something it will be cardio. This way I can learn how to fight better (albeit slowly), but not give up my love of lifting.
