Weight is still 183.
Squat: 3x5x365 @ 9, 10, 10
Went lighter because I haven't squatted heavy in a week. At or below depth, the last rep was almost paused coming up.
Bench: 5x240 @ 10; 2x5x230 @ 9, 9
Went too heavy on the 1st set, so dropped down.
Chin ups: 10, 10, 8
