I was originally going to come in Thursday and do a medium day, but I sprained my ankle playing basketball on Wednesday, and while you're supposedly able to squat with a sprained ankle, I didn't want to risk it by doing something stupid, like putting an extra 360lbs of pressure on an injury. Other than that, today went as planned.

These felt a little tougher than they should have, but squatting with an ankle brace is a little awkward, so meh.

My triceps and chest were a little sore from a little experiment I did yesterday (do 100 pushups in less than 5 minutes...I did 3:20, but I was stupid with my choice of sets and probably could do it faster than that). Still, not too bad.
