Squat: 2x5@225 (medium)
Press: 3x5@145 (slow)
Chin up: 6,8,8@bw (slow)
Light squats for recovery, and presses for upper body since I haven't been benching much lately. Chin ups were embarrassingly low because I kept losing my grip. My chin/pull ups definitely have not kept up with my increasing weight, haha.
