I did something sort of normal so I decided to post.
Squat - up to 315x3x3 - I've decided if I ever can't do this, then I will give up on life. These weren't hard really -- I'd say @8.5.
Dumbbell swings - 100x10x3
Cable pull-throughs - stack x12x3
Abductors - stack x15x3
