Weight is 174. Just woke up, didn't eat.
Front Squat: 3x5x155 @ 7
Need more flexible.
Power Snatch: 5x3x40kg @ 7
Need more flexible.
Power Clean and Jerk: 5x3x75kg @ 9
Clean part fine, jerk need more balance.
