Working: 1x135, 1x145, 1x155 (10lb PR) 3xFAILx160
The 135 felt fantastic and the 145 replicated the previous PR with a delay, yet felt much easier than it had. The 155 was a little slow, but still felt pretty good. The 160 attempts were pretty tortuous and felt close, but in the end I couldn't pull it out.
Narrow Bench with Black Pad
1x165, 1x175 (setting PR), 3FAILx185
The 185 attempts were also pretty painful - got close but I also couldn't make it happen. I may have failed because I couldn't put the bar down in the right spot, or otherwise keep my form together and clean. The last one especially wasn't too credible an attempt. Potentially, I should do a few more warmups on these before moving into working sets. In any case, I will focus on this during the volume sets.
