Back Squat: 5x5@305
These felt pretty strong, easier than 300, surprisingly. The last set was a little ugly, but the rest were fine.
Bench Press: 5x5@237
Barbell Row: 5x5@225
The bench presses were really slow. I find my form degenerates quite quickly after the second rep. I also used way more body english on the barbell row than I would have liked. I may have jumped the weight a little too aggressively.
