Yes, two training journals is too much work (check ctrl+c and ctrl+v, which is exactly what Nate suggested, only better, because of the sarcasm), but posting here can be productive, because you can get feedback from people who don't necessarily see you every day.
But if this decision is absolutely final (= can change tomorrow in Shankertown), then maybe you can still write periodical updates.
Yeah, seriously. It's not like the rest of us didn't keep training logs before this, but this was preferable to my handwritten one because of the feedback I could get.
