Shanker -- In bench presses, you are flaring the elbows too early. In regular presses, should be much higher, and in close-grip should be almost unnoticeable.
The first couple of sets, 1-3, I was flaring pretty badly, however after that until maybe set 10 most of my reps were pretty legit. I flare when I don't have full confidence that I can drive all the way up, maybe I will use a spotter with more consistency to give me a better sense of security.
