130x10x10 is confusing, because it seems like you are pressing 130lbs dumbbells.
we dont have 130 lb DB...i brought it up once. They just laughed at me.
True. I believe the convention is to use the weight of a single dumbbell when recording dumbbell exercises.
Almost no one in MIT needs dumbbells heavier than 120; there are maybe 4-5 people who can press them. Getting a short bar (that you can put small plates on) for DB row might be a good idea, but again, very few people need more than 120.
