Gordon: 8/9 - Accessory day

Nothing important today, just accessory work

BB curl: 8@60; 2x5@80; 3@90
Seated calf raise: 2x8@70; 8@90
Sit ups: 15@bw; 2x10@45

I should have probably done good mornings/pull throughs instead of curls and calf raises. Will remember next time.
